it never goes away

"The trick is finding someone who complements you instead of completes you. You need to be complete on your own."

It's the third (I think?) week of raya and Ramadhan has long left us. Alhamdulilah for another opportunity to experience His glory and may we meet another year, insyaallah.

First time cooking for raya and alhamdulilah met with positive feedbacks from ze fam. Although of course Mummy's the masterchef and will always be.
And while others worry about their hair colour and style. I searched high and low (no la actually bought it from a shop 10 min trip from home) for the perfect hijab. My first raya in hijab.

Alhamdulilah.
Raya-ed on the first and second to houses I do not recognize their faces and has no idea of their link to me. But Mummy needed company and who other than me always bother to tag. (I feel like I'm the only child sometimes).

6th Raya with you since 2008. I remembered the first time I came to your place with my 2 fav girls and how awkward and embarrassing it was. But now I frequent your house as if it's my second home. Always have been blessed  to have met you then and even more blessed when you brought me to your family. I may not have that perfect family that I dreamed of but I thank Him everyday for an opportunity to experience it with yours. <3 Insyaallah, we'll have our  own in a few years time.
Haven worn our raya couple outfit so here's the best I could do. Looking good as always dear.

On another note, celebrated my lover's birthday the other day after so long of not seeing each other. I really need to meet this sayang of mine more often. The cake was awesome btw. First try purchasing at Mayson bakery and I shall buy cakes from there more often then Prima and Polar.

Met up with the 2 beautiful girls too though I have no photos and I dont know why cause I'm a must-take-photo-for-everything kind of person. But good talk over dinner and let's have another one real soon.

And the best news of the post, the man has finally passed out from his 6 months SCC course. Couldn't have been more proud of you.

Dec 2012 to July 2013. Enrolment to your POC. 8 months of waiting for your book outs and sending you off for book ins on Sunday nights are over. (Though you'll start your 24 hour duty at least I'll have more time with you than before.) Congratulations again my dear. <3

A whole chunk of updates for not blogging for a month. Sorry for the mess.

xx.
