Recovering from high fever is a long process. First the heat and the cold, then the pounding pain in your head and lastly your whole body becomes sore.

Almost the end of another boring working day, and my head started to pound like horribly. With no painkillers in sight, I just decided to bare with it. Planned to cab home, with the permission of the man, but unfortunately no taxi available because apparently everyone at my work place loves to cab home. Thus I kinda suffered an hour trip home, with a terrible headache.

Reached home, couldn't stand the pain, called the man and cried to him. And because I have the cutest partner in my life, he managed to make me laugh and distract me from the pain. And being the sweetest man too, he took emergency leave from duty just to accompany me to the polyclinic the following day.

3 days MC leave (for the win).
