"In the sight of Allah, this month is the best month, its days are the best days, its nights are the best nights and its hours are the best hours."

It's the last week of Ramadhan and it's a wonder how the month could have passed by so fast. Nothing much to expect of Hari Raya for me (except the food of course). I didn't get a new set of clothes like I usually do every year, even the idea of heading to Geylang is obnoxious to me.

There isn't much place I could go for visits. Even the places that I do go (just to appease the queen and not leave her to travel alone because none of my other siblings bothers), do not know me. Really. I go almost every year but they cannot remember my name. What's the point again?

Zilch.

Staying home would be the best idea.

I've been neglecting you lately haven't I? I apologize. I literally just go flat once my head hits the pillow. I'm not the easiest and earliest sleeper, but lately it's been so easy for me to go to my dreamland. And I know it's been without warning. I'm really sorry.

I had a weird dream the other day. The one I told you about. I usually dream good things of us, but that was a first. It felt kinda real that I teared up when I woke up. See how scared I am of losing you? Don't laugh.

xx.
