Headed to Bugis to meet the girls over dinner the other day and I had one of the best fried noodles ever. Though others might find it a little salty, but it suit my taste bud just fine. I think the restaurant's name is Pho? Yeah.

Anyway, we had a long talk over everything as usual. Mostly over Ifah's preparation for the coming month and a little bit about mine for the coming year. Then we decided to change our venue to a cafe instead and thus we headed to IamCafe just across Masjid Sultan. Or somewhere near Masjid Sultan.

I am so foreign to these kind of places now, it's a wonder how I used to keep up in my previous life.

So we got some rainbow crepe looking cake (under the recommendation of the waiter, but I wonder why it's his favourite cause it was too weird for me) and a marshmallow chocolate cake (which I love) that goes well with unsweetened Earl Grey Tea (my favourite tea).

Had a hilarious chat over the desserts about our past lives in Secondary School and how ridiculous looking we were, and how we taught everything was cool and such at 16 (but it wasn't even close). About how we got to know each other, how we became close, how crazy our NPCC overseas trip was, how much we despised MT classes (or maybe just me), how we met my other half and his friends and how much I hated my back then bangs (I really do).

xx.
